By registering for Cloud Connect Santa Clara 2012, you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older. Cloud Connect Santa Clara is open to cloud computing industry professionals and proof of industry involvement is required. You will be asked to present a business card as well as a photo id to collect your badge.

Special Discounts

Discounts are available for Groups of 3 or more and organizations affiliated with Government, Education or Not-for-Profit sectors. These discounts apply to the: Platinum, Conference, and Workshop and passes only.

All group discount registrations must be submitted from the same company at the same time (within 24 hours). Each attendee must complete a separate registration form. Group discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.

Registration Policies

If you need to cancel your Cloud Connect Santa Clara 2012 conference registration, you may do so for a full refund, less a $250.00 service charge until January 20, 2012. Attendees who register prior to or after the deadline date, who do not cancel in writing by the deadline date are liable for the pass cost and will be charged for the full registration fee. Sorry, no refunds are available for no-shows. If you are unable to attend the event, we recommend that you send a substitution in your place. Please fax your cancellation or substitution request to 415-947-6011 using the "Registration Change Form". There is no cancellation fee for Expo and Expo Plus passes.

Written requests for a downgraded pass must be received no later than January 20, 2012 for a full refund on the difference of registration fees between the value of the original and downgraded pass. Sorry, requests received after January 20, 2012 cannot be accommodated. Upgrade pass requests must be submitted in writing along with payment information for the difference in value. UBM TechWeb, a division of UBM LLC, reserves the right to rescind any registration and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee. All dates and times of the Cloud Connect Santa Clara 2012 program are subject to change.

Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted at Cloud Connect Santa Clara 2012, including infants and proof of industry involvement is required. Event is open only to trade participants and is not open to the public. Recording devices and cameras, still or video, are prohibited. Attendee consents to any recording of the event by UBM TechWeb, a division of UBM LLC or its designees.
