Throughout his career, Stathis has been passionate about applying cutting edge technologies to practical problems that eventually lead to products and profitable businesses. He is the Vice President at F5 Networks responsible for defining and executing the strategy, business, and product roadmap for dynamic datacenters, clouds, and BIG-IP Virtual Editions. Previously, Stathis held a number of technical and management positions at Microsoft in the areas of distributed operating systems, datacenter automation, and Robotics. Stathis received a PhD degree from the University of Warwick, UK, in 1995. He holds numerous patents and has published dozens of scientific papers in journals and at international conferences

Dan Baigent is the Sr. Director of Business Development for HP Cloud Services. Dan is responsible for HP Cloud Services solution partners, strategic partners and business strategies. Dan joined HP in 2010 as the Sr. Director of Strategic Alliances in HP’s Corporate Development group, managing the HP-Intel relationship. Prior to HP, Dan worked for Sun Microsystems (Oracle) where he was the Sr. Director of Strategic Alliances for a variety of Strategic Partners including IBM, HP, Dell and Oracle. While at Sun, Dan worked as the Director of Engineering for Sun’s Desktop Software organization, as a Technical Portfolio Manager for Sun’s Corporate Development team, and as the Western Regional Systems Engineering manager for JavaSoft. Dan started his career as a software developer for McDonnell-Douglas and has a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Cybernetic Systems. Dan is co-inventor on several 3-D desktop patents.

Jonathan H. King is the Vice President of Cloud Solutions for Savvis, A Century Link Company. In this role, Jonathan leads cloud strategy, sales, partnerships and go to market activity.

Prior to his current position, Jonathan was Senior Vice President of WW Business Development at Joyent, a leading cloud services, open source and software pioneer based in San Francisco. Prior to Joyent, Jonathan was Client Partner Director of Global Solutions for Verizon Business where he led teams selling hosting, managed services and outsourcing solutions for commercial and government customers. Jonathan joined Verizon Business by way of acquisition when Totality Corporation, a managed services provider, was acquired by MCI/Verizon in September 2005. Jonathan was Vice President of Alliance Development at Totality where he led alliance recruitment, development and integration. Prior to Totality, Jonathan was Vice President of Strategic Alliances for Exodus Communications where he led a global team responsible for expanding and integrating complex partner solutions. Prior to joining Exodus Communications, Jonathan was Manager of Strategic Applications for American Information Systems (“AIS”), a Chicago based ISP and hosting provider which was acquired by Exodus Communications. Prior to AIS, Jonathan was an attorney in the Corporate, Securities and Intellectual Property group of Sachnoff and Weaver, Ltd, now the Chicago office of Reed Smith, LLP.

Jonathan holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. Jonathan is currently pursuing an LLM in Intellectual Property and Technology Law at Washington University School of Law with an emphasis on privacy law and data ownership.

Stephen is an expert in Mitel’s Cloud Unified Communications and Collaborations portfolio for North America. He is one of Mitel's key voices into the Unified Communications and Collaboration market. He represents Mitel in numerous industry events, press interviews and spends as much time as possible in front of current and potential Mitel customers and Mitel Business Partners. Stephen currently serves as Vice President of Technology and Applications, reporting to Phil Keenan, EVP of North America.

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the network and telecommunications industry and has served in many roles on his journey so far; ranging from technical support, pre-sales engineering, business development, strategic alliance management and future product marketing, where he has consistently contributed to optimizing performance levels, driving business growth, facilitating key alliances, and defining and implementing business relevant technology driven solutions.
Stephen and his teams at Mitel are responsible for three major focuses: developing solution architecture for industry specific applications that incorporate third party products, providing pre-sales design support to Mitel's Business Partners and Area Sales Executives and provide the operational support for Mitel's Executive Briefing centers across North America.

Harold Hannon has been working in the field of software development as both an Architect and Developer for over 15 years, with a focus on workflow, integration and distributed systems. He is currently a Sr. Software Architect at SoftLayer Technologies working within their Product Innovation team. Harold has a passion for leveraging open source solutions to bring real value to the Enterprise space, and has implemented open source solutions with many companies across the globe. Harold is also active in mobile application development, with multiple published applications.

Brian is a technology industry expert with 10 years of experience in developing world-class product and transformational architectures for Fortune 1000 companies while aligning technology to business goals. His core expertise is in the development of cross-industry enterprise architectures and roadmaps. Brian has developed secure IT architectures, solutions and best practices for a wide range of global customers and industries. Presently, Brian is helping to pioneer the Rackspace Advisory Group focused on enterprise architecture, IT governance, information security, and holistic IT systems design for Fortune 1000 companies. Technology partners include Cisco, F5, Dell, HP, NetApp, EMC, Microsoft, Oracle, CA, Magento, Akamai, and Accenture.

Gordon Haff is cloud evangelist for Red Hat where he is a frequent speaker at customer and industry events. He also writes extensively and helps develop strategy for the full portfolio of cloud solutions. Prior to Red Hat, Gordon wrote hundreds of research notes, was frequently quoted in publications like The New York Times on a wide range of IT topics, and advised clients on product and marketing strategies. Earlier in his career, he was responsible for bringing a wide range of computer systems, from minicomputers to large UNIX servers, to market while at Data General. Gordon has engineering degrees from MIT and Dartmouth and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson School.

Toph leads the ActiveState marketing team, with focus on branding, communications, media management, and strategic planning. Toph has 15+ years' experience as a marketing/project lead and management consultant. He spent four years on strategic marketing assignments at Microsoft as a project manager with Caiman Consulting. Toph also headed DH Media Inc., a regional magazine publisher. Prior to that, he worked in enterprise high-tech marketing and product management in Washington State. Originally from Canada, John has spent much of his career designing and building software at a handful of startups, at Sun Microsystems, NeXT Inc., and more recently in the smart grid and energy space. His biggest passion is for developer tools, or more generally any tool, language, process, or system that improves developer productivity and quality of life. Without question, Stackato is one such tool and the reason why he is here. No stranger to technology evangelism, John spent several years in the late 1990's on Sun's Technology Evangelism Team spreading the Java Gospel across the globe and focusing on the prolific number of Java technologies. Simon has now spent over 23 years in IT, having spent the last 15 years with SunGard Availability Services. Simon joined SunGard in 1998 where he worked within operations. Simon then changed roles two years later, and was one of the original members of the team who founded the Web Hosting division of the business, now known as Managed Services.

Simon has provided pre-sales, post-sales, solution architecture design and product management for both production and Web hosting. He is also credited with the launch and development of SunGard’s CWP (Continuous Web Presence), EAS (Email Availability Services) and Managed Server Replication services. More recently Simon has been focused on SunGard’s private and public Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) offerings that form SunGard’s Enterprise Cloud Services (managed cloud).

Simon has a plethora of experience in Internet, Systems, Storage, Virtualisation and Security technologies which informs his current focus on the future service development and global strategy of SunGard’s Cloud Services. Simon regularly presents on future and emerging technologies and concepts. His recent engagements have addressed Cloud Computing, Storage as a Service, High Availability and ‘Always-on’ computing.

As Chief Technology Officer, Jim Davies is the driving force behind the strategic direction of Mitel’s unified communications solutions portfolio and its evolution beyond today’s technology horizon. Appointed as CTO in 2003, Jim brings a working history rich in research and development and business experience within telecommunications. His intimate understanding of the constantly unfolding dynamics of IP communications technology has placed him at the forefront of Mitel’s next-generation strategies, ensuring the company is persistently growing in new and innovative directions.

Since joining Mitel in 1998 Jim has held the roles of Vice President of R&D and Vice President of Solutions Management. In these roles he was deeply immersed in product development and the creation of go-to-market strategies for Mitel’s communications solutions portfolio. His contributions and leadership were crucial in advancing Mitel to the front of an emerging multi-billion-dollar IP communications market.

Prior to Mitel Jim worked nine years in R&D roles at Nortel Networks where he acquired broad product development experience in hardware, ASIC, embedded software and applications.

Jim is a proud graduate in electrical and mechanical engineering from Queen’s University.

Ditlev Bredahl is an Internet and hosting industry veteran, with more than 17 years’ experience leading hosting and related technology companies. Before founding OnApp, Ditlev led UK2 Group’s hosting companies as MD and CEO, and spearheaded the launch of VPS.NET, which now operates one of the world’s top 5 public clouds.

He has founded numerous successful web hosting brands and, earlier in his career, had a number of roles working for the European Parliament. Ditlev is Danish, lives in the UK but travels frequently to visit clients and speak at events around the world.
