Before coming to Switch Mark was VP of Data Center Strategy at ServiceMesh, the leading cloud management platform company. He is also Founder and President of Data Center Pulse, a not-for-profit group focused on improving efficiency in data centers and providing a voice for the owner/operators.

Speaker - Chris Pick, President, Technology Business Management Council
Chris is the President of the Technology Business Management Council, a vendor-neutral non-profit focused on providing a practical, applied discipline for maximizing the value of the IT investment portfolio by enabling technology leaders and their business partners to collaborate on business aligned decisions. Chris also serves as the Chief Marketing Officer at Apptio and holds responsibility for all corporate marketing initiatives including demand generation, online operations, inside sales, communications, and analyst relations. He is an accomplished sales and marketing executive with 17 years of experience in building global marketing organizations, creating new market categories, and executing differentiated go-to-market strategies.Prior to Apptio, Chris was an operating partner in Austin Ventures' CEO-in-residence program where he focused on identifying new growth strategies and defining disruptive business models. Chris joined Austin Ventures from NetIQ where he was Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Products. At NetIQ, he led the acquisition team in overhauling the company's corporate strategy and product portfolio, which drove substantial margin improvement and created innovative revenue streams that captured new markets. Before this, Chris served as Vice President of Product Marketing at PentaSafe Security Technologies, where he led the establishment of the security compliance market and helped position the company for a $255 million acquisition by NetIQ. Chris established his career at Ernst & Young where he defined and developed many of the firm's security knowledge products that were later acquired by Computer Associates.

Craig Guinasso is a 20 year veteran in the information, investigations, and physical security arena. His experience, and seasoned expertise, crosses numerous corporate and government entities. Currently, Craig is the Sr. Information Security Manager and Chief Security Officer for Genomic Health. There, he is responsible for the strategic direction of all security matters, as well as setting corporate policy and Governance. Prior to Genomic, Craig was the Security Operations Manager for Robert Half International and worked for companies such as Electronic Arts, Merrill Lynch, and Slam Dunk Networks. Craig received his Bachelor's Degree from California State University, Stanislaus. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Speaker - Dennis Quan, Vice President of SmartCloud Enterprise, IBM
Dennis Quan is Vice President of SmartCloud Enterprise, responsible end-to-end for IBM's SmartCloud Enterprise public cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) deployed worldwide. Dennis’s involvement in Cloud Computing started in 2007, when his team built IBM’s first cloud in collaboration with Google and the National Science Foundation. He has held numerous technical leadership positions in IBM over the past 14 years, including most recently as lab director of the IBM Tivoli China Development Laboratory in Beijing/Shanghai/Taipei, where he worked extensively with clients in the Greater China region across various industries on Cloud Computing and Integrated Service Management projects. Dennis holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, as well as bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Chemistry, also from MIT.
