Before, I was the Senior Director leading the SAP Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Business Intelligence (BI) Customer Solution Adoption team. This team of technical black-belts was focused on getting our customers live on our EPM and BI products.

Beforehand I was part of the EPM Customer Advisory Office (CAO) which is targeted at SAP's key strategic EPM customers. We faciliate customer sessions to allow customer to share their product feedback, lessons learned and best practices amongst each other and with SAP.
Before, I was a Senior Director-level SAP Enterprise Architect and Project Manager with 8 years of experience in development of BI solutions such as SAP BW or BPC. I led global implementations with various clients in the US, the UK and Germany and was a member of the Inforte BI leadership team. Instrumental in pre-sales activities of multi-million dollar projects.

Specialties: my focus is on SAP's mobile products including SUP. I'm very closely connected to customers' needs with the goal to make enterprise mobility usable and "Apple easy".
