As Vice President, Innovation Scouting for BT Group, Mark is responsbile for identifying and evaluating innovations that are applicable for own use within BT or to resell to BT's customers. He is part of a small BT innovation scouting team, based in Silicon Valley. BT offers a wide range of products and services globally to enterprises and in the UK, to consumers and small businesses.
