Jeroen Tjepkema is the co-founder and CEO of MeasureWorks, providing web performance management solutions. MeasureWorks measures, analyzes and improves the quality of experience of retail, financials, travel agencies and other online services. For all, their online services are perceived as mission critical to reach their business goals. By observing their visitors closely, we find out how user experience impacts conversion. And then enable our customers to manage their online presence proactively.

Prior to MeasureWorks, Jeroen worked as a principal analist and program manager for several European enterprise companies, from the roll-out of cable internet and digital television in the late '90s to the development and implementation of one of the largest online banking solutions in Europe.
