Dan Ashton, Sr. Manager, Solutions Marketing , Commerce Cloud Solutions, joined Ariba in 2008 initially responsible for Services Procurement and Content. Mr. Ashton has over a decade of sales and marketing experience in enterprise software most recently from I-many where he was Sr. Director of Solutions Marketing. Prior to I-many, Mr. Ashton was Sr. Director of Product Marketing with Nextance and Vice President of Product Marketing with Niku now a part of CA. He was also a director on the marketing team at Chemdex / Ventro, the first B2B market exchange to go public in 1999. Mr. Ashton holds a bachelors degree in Chemistry from the State University of NY at Oswego.
