Chad Fentress
Director of Compliance, Accenture
In his role as Director C&RM, Chad is responsible for managing Accenture’s global Ethics & Compliance Program as well as overseeing several regulatory compliance sectors: Antibribery, Competition Law, Data Privacy, Export Compliance, Labor Relations, and Government Compliance. His practice has focused on IT services, joint ventures, outsourcing, dispute resolution, strategic technology licensing and has included complex commercial and criminal litigation.
Prior to his current position, Chad has held a number of different jobs in Legal including Outsourcing & Contract Management Lead in APAC, Global Lead attorney for Financial Services, and Director of Legal Services APAC. Before joining Andersen Consulting in 1999, he was with the IBM Legal Department and held several domestic and international assignments.
