Alexei Rodriguez
Senior Director of Operations and IT, Proofpoint
Alexei Rodriguez, Senior Director of Operations and IT for Proofpoint, has more than 15 years of experience maintaining and operating large, complex hosting environments. He is responsible for designing and building Proofpoint’s cloud infrastructure on which the company’s SaaS enterprise email security, data loss prevention and encryption services are deployed. Alexei began in telecommunications with MindSpring and Cox Interactive, and moved to the groundbreaking hosted operations center at Loudcloud/Opsware as director of network computing. He has additional experience in systems architecture and engineering, and served as director of capacity planning at Earthlink. Alexei joined Ning as VP of operations in 2005 before moving to Proofpoint.
