Several PR opportunities are available before Cloud Connect 2010 and during the event that will help maximize your company's exposure. The following services are included at no charge for Cloud Connect exhibitors.
The Cloud Connect PR team is available to assist you with any questions or issues you may have regarding your PR strategy before or during the event, including tips on contacting press and analysts, as well as PR advice based on industry events and topics at Cloud Connect that will be of interest. The Cloud Connect media list is now available for exhibitors and will be updated on a weekly basis each Friday. This list will give you the opportunity to coordinate on-site interviews and meetings with press and analysts prior to the event. To access this list, please login to the Exhibitor Portal. Once logged in, the media list is available in the Event Tasks section under Marketing & PR Services.
Please note: PR agencies will need to get the login/password from your client in order to access the media list in the Exhibitor Portal.
Reservations can now be made on a first-come-first-serve basis onsite at the event for briefings confirmed with attending media. Pre-reservation requests for meeting space is closed.
