Use Cloud Connect’s FREE email marketing tool to send your customers and prospects an email offering a free Expo Pass and a 25% discount on Conference Passes while inviting them to your booth.

To deploy, you'll upload your logo, company information and contact list into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. Provide free Expo Passes and a 25% discount off Conference Passes to clients and prospects. This is an excellent way to invite customers and prospects to visit your booth or listen to your company's representatives within a conference session at Cloud Connect. Distribute passes through all your sales channels, such as your customer base, prospects, sales offices and user groups to increase booth traffic.

One pre-event strategy that will help promote your presence and increase traffic to your booth is to create a microsite that highlights your company's program at Cloud Connect.
Encourage your company's bloggers to write an editorial post which ties in to your Cloud Connect presence. Posts should be informational and insightful rather than strictly promotional.
Send all blog postings to Jason Quesada at for review. If approved, we’ll promote the blog via our social media channels.
Create a Facebook page about your presence at Cloud Connect and we’ll highlight it as a favorite page on Cloud Connect’s Facebook account. Feel free to contribute key facts, case studies or start discussions that pertain to cloud computing. This is a great way for you to get additional exposure to the Cloud Connect community at no cost.
Provide updates about your company’s activities at Cloud Connect, product updates and other news through twitter and we will re-tweet it on Cloud Connect’s twitter account if applicable to the event. Include #ccevent in your tweets for tracking purposes.
Tell people you are exhibiting at Cloud Connect. Join the Cloud Connect group page and start a relevant discussion on topics covered at the event.
Create videos about your company’s activities at Cloud Connect, product updates and other news, and post it on YouTube and SlideShare. Send us the URL and we’ll add it to our favorites and promote it via our social media channels.
Foursquare is coming to Cloud Connect this year. You will be able to check-in locations all over the place! We'll create booth venues where you can check in and share info with others.
