ORACLE: Bridging the Gap Between Enterprise Datacenters and Public Clouds
Welcome to Cloud Connect! We're glad to have your company as an exhibitor. It is our goal to ensure your company has the best experience at the show. To accomplish this, we have developed several tools to help drive booth traffic, all of which are all FREE opportunities for your company to promote its presence at the event to customers and prospects:
Invite Clients and Prospects to Your Booth - Email Rewards Program
Give your customers free Expo Passes or a 40% discount on Conference Passes and invite them to your booth and earn up to two free conference passes and/or ad spaces in emails to pre-registered attendees.
Deploy a co-branded email by each of the specified dates to accumulate multiple rewards:
| Reward 1: 2/18/10 |
Reward 2: 3/5/10 |
To deploy, you'll upload your logo and company information into Exhibitor Invites, a tool that will automatically generate a co-branded email for your review and approval. The emails will be deployed to your list from Exhibitor Invites, a bonded third party mail house. For more information, contact Jason Quesada at 415.947.6685 or .

Create a Cloud Connect page on your website for us to promote
One pre-event strategy that will help promote your presence and increase traffic to your booth is to create a microsite that highlights your company's program at Cloud Connect.
Blog about cloud technologies and tie it your booth activities
Encourage your company's bloggers to write a post that tie in to your Cloud Connect presence. We will re-post event-related blog entries on the Cloud Connect Blog. Posts should be informational and insightful rather than strictly promotional.
Send all editorial blog postings to Jason Quesada at for review.
Twitter About Your Company
Provide updates about your company’s activities at Cloud Connect, product updates and other news through twitter and we will re-tweet it on Cloud Connect’s twitter account if applicable to the event. Include #cloud_connect in your tweets for tracking purposes.
Facebook Page
Create a Facebook page about your presence at Cloud Connect and we’ll highlight it as a favorite page on Cloud Connect’s Facebook account. Feel free to contribute key facts, case studies or start discussions that pertain to cloud computing. This is a great way for you to get additional exposure to the Cloud Connect community at no cost.
