Matthew is the co-founder and CEO of CloudFlare, Inc. He holds a degree in English and Computer Science from Trinity College. He graduated with highest honors from the Harvard Business School where he was a George F. Baker Scholar and was awarded the Dubliner Prize for Entrepreneurship. He earned a JD from the University of Chicago and is a member of the Illinois Bar. He teaches technology law as an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School where he serves on the Board of Advisors for the Center for Information Technology and Privacy Law. He is also the co-founder of Project Honey Pot.

James co-founded Lookout (formerly Flexilis) in 2007, along with John Hering and Kevin Mahaffey. As Chief Information Officer, James is responsible for all technical operations including global infrastructure, IT and security. Prior to Lookout, James was a co-founder of Daily Wireless, an online news and information source covering all aspects of the wireless marketplace for business (acquired by Focus Research, Inc.). James holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.

As the founder, President and CEO, Ajit is responsible for building the Aryaka vision and guiding the company’s strategy. He has more than 25 years of experience in management, sales, support and professional services. Prior to Aryaka, Ajit founded AAyuja Inc., a Strategic Technology Sales Acceleration company, serving as its CEO. Ajit achieved notable success for the creation of a world-class Internet company, Speedera Networks, in 1999. Under his leadership, Speedera became one of the fastest growing private companies in Silicon Valley and in the North American technology industry in five short years, as ranked by both Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers. In 2004, he successfully launched Speedera India in Bangalore to drive the company’s accelerated global expansion. Speedera was acquired in 2005 by Akamai Technologies (NASDAQ: AKAM) for a stock transaction worth more than $500 million. Ajit has also held various positions at Oracle, Sybase and Resonate.
Ajit holds 12 patents for technology that brings together content delivery and global traffic management. He is well-known among his industry peers, and has been a speaker at a number of key conferences around the world, including the Red Herring and TiEcon conferences, Kagan Digital Media Summits, Datacenter Ventures events, Streaming Media conferences, and other popular trade shows and exhibitions. He is a founding board member of the IIT-Roorkee Heritage Fund.
Ajit holds a graduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Alabama and an undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, India.

Guy has 20 years experience in the Business Analytics Sector. He was the founder (1990), Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Enterprise Performance Planning leader Adaytum. After expanding from market leader in the UK to Europe, the US and Asia Pacific, Adaytum was sold to Cognos in 2003.

David is the Founder and CEO of Yammer, Inc. He has been involved in the internet space for ten years as an entrepreneur, executive and investor, starting with PayPal in 1999. David was PayPal's Chief Operating Officer and product leader, taking the company from startup to IPO and eventual sale to eBay for $1.5 billion. Subsequently, he founded Geni.com, which is creating a family tree of the whole world, enabling millions of family members to connect, share, and preserve their lives. He also produced and financed the movie "Thank You For Smoking". He has a B.A. in Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.

Since 1996, Mr. Ryan has been instrumental in defining and creating services organizations that improve the quality and reliability of the technology infrastructures businesses depend on for communications and commerce. He is currently considered one of the leading thinkers in SaaS and sits on the Software Executive Board at the SIIA.
Prior to co-founding OpSource in 2002, Mr. Ryan was President of the Americas for Metromedia Fiber Network (MFN). He was responsible for integrating the sales and delivery organizations of the company's Internet businesses-hosting, IP networking, and managed services - providing customers with an integrated network and IT infrastructure solution.Mr. Ryan joined MFN from SiteSmith, a company that he co-founded in 1999 and ultimately sold to MFN in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Prior to co-founding SiteSmith, Mr. Ryan was Vice President of Professional Services for GlobalCenter, a pioneer in the hosting and Internet services marketplace. Mr. Ryan has been a guest speaker at numerous industry events, including CIO, venture capital, Internet, hosting, and software conferences. He attended UCLA and is an advisor to the UCLA CLAS fund.

Pari Natarajan is the Co-Founder & CEO of Zinnov, a leading globalization advisory firm. Based in Bangalore, India, Pari has successfully assisted Fortune 1000 companies and reputed SMB product organizations on global innovation and expanding their business footprint in fast growing emerging markets.
Pari’s thought leadership and domain knowledge on enterprise/SMB and consumer needs in the emerging markets has enabled multiple companies to launch their cloud/SaaS products in India, China and other emerging markets.

Prior to co-founding Zinnov, Pari held management positions at Praja and Centric Software. He holds an M.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Iowa State University.

As Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer, Bruce Richardson is responsible for helping Infor define corporate initiatives that champion the specific needs of the mid-market.
With more than 30 years of experience in the software industry, Richardson possesses key insights and perspectives on the enterprise software market, especially around customer needs and requirements, which he will use to help Infor continue to differentiate itself as a software provider that consistently listens to its customers.

Richardson comes to Infor from AMR Research, where he served as Chief Research Officer, overseeing all aspects of analysis at the company, including opinions and reporting of key trends and strategies in areas such as ERP, supply chain management, cloud computing, service-oriented architectures, software-as-a-service, software appliances, virtualization and visualization. Richardson has covered and analyzed the enterprise software market for decades and made many early market predictions that have since proven accurate, such as the rise of the advanced planning market and the evolution of manufacturing resource planning (MRP) to enterprise resource planning (ERP).

Clarence Hinton currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development for BMC Software where he is responsible for developing and prioritizing strategic initiatives that serve to drive continued profitable growth for the company. In this role, he is also responsible for the assessment and execution of all mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, he held operational, strategic and financial roles at Dell, to include venture investing experience at Dell Ventures where he led investments in enterprise software, supply chain services and network infrastructure companies. While at Dell, he also led cross-functional teams in the development of aggressive growth strategies, to include the launch of Dell’s printer product category.

Prior to joining Dell, he was a consultant at Bain & Company and a business manager at Capital One where he held profit and loss responsibility for an emerging business unit within the company.

Clarence received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Engineering with honors from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Anant Jhingran is an IBM Fellow, VP and CTO for IBM's Information Management Division. He is deeply involved in the IBM's middleware in the cloud (including co-chairmanship of IBM's Cloud Computing Architecture Board), and for the technical strategy of products and solutions in databases, content management, business intelligence and information integration. Prior to this job, Dr. Jhingran lead the IBM team designing and building solutions to meet the requirements of business analytics on structured and unstructured data. He has also been the director of Computer Science at the IBM Almaden Research Center and before that, senior manager for e-Commerce and data management at IBM's T. J. Watson Research Center. He received his Ph.D. from UC at Berkeley in 1990. Anant has received several patents and awards for DB2, and is also a member of IBM Academy of Technology.
